My name is Oksana Boichenko. I am the CEO of the International ELITE Matchmaking Service OKSANALOVE.
I relocated to the US from Kazakhstan and combine the best of both worlds in my agency practice. Because of my background, I understand the mentality of women from Asia, Russia, and Ukraine.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN
We have been in business since 1996!
At the age of 16, I mailed my photos and bio to a Western marriage agency on a friend’s advice. I did not believe it was real, but soon I started to receive letters from men all over the world. Soon, my girlfriends asked me to help them, their girlfriends, and so on. Back then, almost every girl dreamt about marrying a man from abroad.
In summer 1996, I had an idea to start my own agency. I made plans, collected ideas, and saved money to buy one basic computer to start the work for our women. It was about much more than making money. The search for that special someone with whom we can share our dreams, happiness, or concerns can be a great challenge. The main idea of my agency was to help people succeed in finding the love of their life. Nobody must be lonely!
We started with a few simple free services. As we grew, we added more options such as special photos, sending gifts to the ladies, and assistance in traveling overseas. Eventually, our dreams – and possibilities – became even bigger. Today, we have 30 qualified matchmakers working with our clients, and our dating parties, Love Tours, and virtual events are certainly on a new level.
